For the steady-state systems most businesses actually run — file servers, line-of-business apps, accounting systems, remote desktops — metered pricing quietly becomes the most expensive way to buy computing. Our migrations run like our onboarding: 2–4 weeks, overlapped, with your current environment running until the new one is proven. Nothing is switched off until its replacement is tested.

Six ways to deploy
One size fits nobody. Cloud Complete comes in six standard deployment models — and the assessment tells you which one fits:
- Single Cloud — one of each server your business actually needs, sized at discovery. Whatever that set turns out to be, there is one of each rather than a spare
- Hybrid — your on-premises, legacy or public-cloud systems extended into our private cloud, connected securely and managed as one
- Multi-Cloud — a second copy of the servers you cannot afford to lose, replicating live and load-balanced. If the one handling logins or files fails or gets overloaded, its twin carries the work and nobody notices. Which servers get a twin is your call at discovery
- Multi-Region — the same live redundancy as Multi-Cloud, with distance between the copies: the second set of servers lives in a different, geographically separate CRC Cloud datacenter, so no single facility holds both
- Colocation — your hardware in the facility we operate in, managed clients only, quoted at discovery
- Dedicated Colocation — your own cabinet in our datacenter. We architect a new system or relocate your existing one into it, and we manage it for you

Because we provision dedicated capacity for each colocation client, available space and power are confirmed during discovery rather than assumed. What is private cloud hosting, and how is it different from the public cloud?
Private cloud hosting runs your systems on dedicated infrastructure operated by one provider — in our case, on hardware CRC Cloud owns in a Tier III-standard Southern California datacenter whose operator holds SOC 2 Type II attestation and ISO 27001 certification. Public cloud is shared, metered infrastructure from a hyperscaler. Private cloud trades elastic scale for predictable cost, dedicated performance, and one accountable operator.
How much does private cloud hosting cost?
Cloud Complete starts at $175 per user per month. It is a hosting decision rather than a service tier, so it sits on whichever plan you choose: $175 on Core IT, $300 on Secure IT with its 24/7 SOC — in both cases the plan rate plus a $50 shared hosted desktop, or $85 for a dedicated one. Hosted servers are published by machine size from $110 to $560 per month, with additional processor, memory and storage priced by the unit, and backup priced by retention. If you want to host servers but keep local PCs, that is your plan plus published server rates — often less, and we will tell you which is cheaper for your situation. Most clients compare the total against their public-cloud bill or a server-replacement project and find it lands favorably.
Where is your datacenter?
Southern California — and that's as specific as we get publicly. Not disclosing our datacenter location is a deliberate security policy that protects every client hosted there. We share specifics with serious prospects under NDA, and the facility's design standard and certifications (Tier III-standard design; SOC 1/2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS certifications) are verifiable.
What is cloud repatriation?
Moving workloads from the public cloud back to private infrastructure. Businesses repatriate when steady workloads make metered billing irrational — commonly cutting hosting costs meaningfully while gaining fixed pricing. We handle the migration in 2–4 weeks, overlapped so nothing goes dark.
