Do you provide onsite IT support in the Inland Empire?
Yes. We cover the Riverside–San Bernardino corridor — Riverside, San Bernardino, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, and down to Temecula — from our Newport Beach base. The desert towns are in our on-site area too. Most support is remote-first; onsite is scheduled when a project needs hands on hardware.
Do you cover Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley?
Yes. Our on-site area reaches Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indio, Cathedral City, and Desert Hot Springs. Hospitality and tourism businesses are a particular focus — reliable guest Wi-Fi and point-of-sale, protected payment data, and systems that hold up through festival season.
Do you provide IT support in Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree?
Yes. Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms, Morongo Valley and Landers are all in our on-site area. We know the Morongo Basin well: Marine-base contractors, and Joshua Tree tourism.
We contract with or near the Twentynine Palms Marine base. Can you help with security requirements?
Yes. Contractors and suppliers connected to the Marine Corps base often face security and compliance expectations such as CMMC and NIST 800-171. We build the underlying controls — MFA, endpoint detection and response, encrypted backup, logging, and written policies — and help you work toward those requirements. CMMC work starts on Secure IT, with the published +25% uplift. CUI itself can’t live in our private cloud — it belongs in Microsoft 365 GCC High or another FedRAMP-authorized enclave, which we help you prepare and secure; our own systems never hold CUI. We prepare you for assessment; the certificate itself comes from an authorized assessor.
How does your service handle desert power outages, PSPS shutoffs, and extreme heat?
This is exactly where private cloud pays off. When Public Safety Power Shutoffs or a summer grid event take your office offline, your servers keep running in our Southern California datacenter held to published standards — on infrastructure with redundant power and cooling — so staff can work from anywhere the moment they have a connection. And because Coachella Valley summers routinely push past 110°F, we get hardware out of hot server closets and into a climate-controlled facility — or monitor on-site temperature and plan for failure before it happens.
Can you help hospitality, tourism, and short-term-rental businesses?
Yes. Hotels, resorts, restaurants, spas, and event venues in the Coachella Valley — and Joshua Tree’s short-term-rental economy — run on booking platforms, payment processing, smart-lock and access systems, and connectivity that has to work. We secure and support all of it, and protect guest and payment data across many properties — systems that store or process card data start on Secure IT, with the published +10% PCI DSS uplift.
What does managed IT cost in the Inland Empire?
The same published rates as everywhere we serve: Core IT $125 per user, per month, covering each person and the computer they work on; Secure IT $250 per user, per month; Cloud Complete from $175 per user, per month ($125 Core IT + $50 shared hosted desktop), or $300 on Secure IT ($250 + $50 shared hosted desktop). One-year initial term, then month-to-month with 60 days’ notice: no fee to leave after the initial term, and never an offboarding fee.
