The per-user rate we publish is the rate we quote, and the rates in your signed service order are the rates on your invoice, with any later increase capped at 5% a year.

How do you protect donor and constituent data?
Donor records, payment details, and personal information are a trust your organization is obligated to keep. We protect them with encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, endpoint detection and response, and access controls so data reaches only the staff and volunteers who need it. Encrypted backup — a published add-on — locks the most recent 30 days of copies so they can’t be changed or deleted, even with admin rights, so you can restore without paying for a decryption key.
Can a nonprofit really afford enterprise-grade IT?
Yes — that’s the point of our model. Published, per-user pricing is $125 for complete managed IT, and registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits take 10% off that plan rate. The discount applies to the plan rate only, not hardware, third-party licensing or per-device lines; trade associations and other 501(c) organizations pay the standard rates. You get the same monitoring and security a much larger organization runs, sized for your team and your budget. Every dollar not spent recovering from an outage is a dollar back on the mission.

Can our remote and hybrid team collaborate securely?
Yes. Cloud workspaces and private cloud hosting give dispersed staff and volunteers secure access to shared files and applications from anywhere, over encrypted, authenticated connections — without the exposure of consumer file-sharing tools scattered across personal accounts.
What are the plan and contract terms?
Published, per-user pricing: Core IT $125 per user per month for complete managed IT, Secure IT $250 for the same plus a 24/7 Security Operations Center, and Cloud Complete from $175 ($125 Core IT + $50 shared hosted desktop), or $300 on Secure IT ($250 + $50 shared hosted desktop). Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits, K-12 schools and community colleges take 10% off the per-user plan rate. One-year initial term, then month-to-month with 60 days’ notice: no fee to leave after the initial term, and never an offboarding fee.
No framework, no uplift. Compliance uplifts exist for regulated work — most nonprofits simply pay the plain published plan rates, with nothing added. If a grant, a regulator or card-payment handling (PCI DSS) does put you under a framework, that work starts on Secure IT, and its uplift is published on the rate card like everything else.
