Cloud services and cloud backup for Orange County businesses

Ours is a private cloud on hardware CRC Cloud owns, in a Southern California datacenter held to published standards, run by our senior team. Disaster recovery from a second site we operate is included for hosted systems, and Rapid recovery is available at published rates.

Cloud Complete is $175 per user, per month — Core IT at $125 plus a shared hosted desktop at $50 — or $300 with Secure IT at $250 plus the same desktop. Hosted servers, storage and backup are separate lines on the published rate card.

Our response standard is 15 minutes during business hours (6 AM–6 PM PT, Monday–Friday), for new inquiries and current clients alike, and 60 minutes nights, weekends and holidays for clients who call, text, email or use the portal. Emergencies are worked 24/7 on every plan; on Secure IT, routine requests are handled at any hour too. For an emergency we can’t fix remotely, our target is an engineer on site within 4 hours in business hours and 6 hours at other times anywhere in Orange County. Targets, not guarantees.

One-year initial term, then month-to-month with 60 days’ notice: no fee to leave after the initial term, and never an offboarding fee.
