Contact CRC Cloud — Orange County IT Support, from Our Newport Beach HQ

Three ways to reach us. All three end with a senior engineer, not a call queue — clients hear back in 15 minutes on weekday business hours (6 AM–6 PM PT) and 60 minutes nights and weekends; new inquiries after hours get a first-thing-next-morning reply. And we drive on site anywhere within 175 miles of Newport Beach.

FAQ

Does CRC Cloud provide IT support in Newport Beach?

Yes — Newport Beach is our headquarters, not a landing page. CRC Cloud provides managed IT, cybersecurity, and private cloud services from Newport Beach across all of Orange County and Southern California.

What's the fastest way to get a response?

Booking the free 30-minute assessment — it confirms instantly and puts a real time on both calendars. Calling works too; the form is best for non-urgent questions.

Can we visit your office?

Yes, by appointment, at our Newport Beach headquarters. We also maintain a secure operations office in Irvine, CA — location shared with clients only, as part of our security-through-discretion policy.

We're not in California. Can you still support us?

Yes. Support is remote-first, so most issues are resolved the same way wherever you are. When hands-on work is needed, our own engineers travel — we fly or drive to clients anywhere in the US, scheduled by urgency — included inside 175 miles of Newport Beach, and quoted in advance beyond it; closer to our Newport Beach base simply means faster onsite. Third parties never touch your systems — the one exception is manufacturer-warranty hardware repair, performed by the manufacturer under our supervision and management.

We have an IT emergency right now. What do we do?

Current clients: call the 24/7/365 helpdesk — that's what it's for. Not a client yet? We'll be straight with you: like most managed providers, we work under a service agreement, because touching an environment we don't know or monitor isn't safe for you or for us. Call anyway — we'll point you in the right direction, and if you want us on it, the fast lane is the free 30-minute assessment: agree to move forward and the urgent issues we found get addressed first, during onboarding.

Do you answer after hours?

For clients, yes — helpdesk coverage runs 24/7/365 with escalation to senior engineers. New-business inquiries get a 15-minute response during business hours; after hours, we're on it first thing next morning.
