Managed IT Services in Los Angeles County
From Long Beach and the South Bay to Pasadena, Burbank, and Santa Clarita, CRC Cloud is the complete IT department for LA County businesses — managed IT, 24/7 cybersecurity, and private cloud on infrastructure we own, delivered from our Newport Beach headquarters just down the 405.
We’ll be straight with you: most IT support shouldn’t require a truck roll across LA traffic. Ours is remote-first by design — and when a project needs hands on hardware, our own engineers make the drive.
Where we work across LA County
LA County is enormous, so here’s the honest version of “we cover it”: everything below is inside our standard Southern California onsite zone, with remote-first support doing the daily heavy lifting.
- Long Beach & the South Bay: Torrance, El Segundo, Carson, and the beach cities — the closest stretch to our HQ
- Central & east: downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, Glendale, and the San Gabriel Valley
- North: Burbank, the San Fernando Valley, and out to Santa Clarita
Onsite support across Los Angeles County is part of the plan — the whole county sits inside our included 175-driving-mile area, with no trip charges.
Built for the businesses that keep LA running
Behind the famous industries is the LA we actually serve: the mid-sized firms that supply, ship, build, bill, and defend everything else.
- Manufacturers & logistics operators — uptime for the floor and the dock, from the ports to the inland warehouses
- Healthcare & dental practices — HIPAA-ready IT for clinics that can’t pause patient care, from the Valley to the South Bay
- Law firms & professional services — confidentiality, reliability, and support that respects a filing deadline
- Real estate & escrow — wire-fraud defense for transaction-driven offices across the county
- Accounting & finance — client data protected and systems that survive busy season
- Third-party administrators — sensitive files, carrier connections, and zero tolerance for downtime — a rare vertical we know deeply
- Nonprofits & associations — enterprise-grade IT on a stewardship budget, for one of the country’s largest nonprofit communities
- Government & public sector — cities, districts, and public offices with audit trails to keep

Great LA IT support is measured in minutes — not miles on the 405
Plenty of providers sell LA businesses an address. We’d rather sell you the truth: what fixes most problems is a senior engineer with secure remote access and a 24/7 operations center behind them — not a van in traffic.
- Remote-first, by design — monitoring, patching, security response, and most troubleshooting happen without a site visit, often before you notice the problem
- Onsite when it counts — office moves, server work, network build-outs: scheduled, and done by our own engineers who already know your environment
- Infrastructure you can point to — your servers can live on infrastructure we own inside a Southern California facility engineered to a concurrently maintainable design, whose operator holds SOC 1 & SOC 2 Type II attestations, ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS certifications, with N+1 redundant power and cooling. The 99.9% uptime service level on hosted systems is a CRC Cloud commitment
- Published pricing — the rates we publish are the rates we quote, and the rates in your signed service order are the rates on your invoice, with any later increase capped at 5% a year, in LA or anywhere else

Cloud services for Los Angeles businesses — on infrastructure we own
A lot of what gets sold as “cloud services” in LA is someone else’s platform with a margin on top. Ours is a private cloud: hardware CRC Cloud owns, in a Southern California datacenter held to published standards, with disaster recovery from a second site we operate included, and Rapid recovery available at published rates. When something breaks, accountability ends with us.
- Retire the server closet — file shares, line-of-business applications and directory services move onto hosted servers we run, patch and monitor. Moving an on-premises server is a published $825 per server plus $85 per user.
- One desktop for every office — a hosted desktop lets Long Beach, Burbank and the home office sign in to the same environment: $50 per user for a shared one, $85 for a dedicated one, on top of the plan.
- Recovery that lives somewhere else — encrypted backup with a 30-day lock, priced by retention, disaster recovery from a second site we operate, and Rapid recovery at $175 per server plus $75 per TB, per month.
- Microsoft 365 alongside it — managed under the same plan, with licensing on one invoice.
Cloud Complete is $175 per user, per month — Core IT at $125 plus a shared hosted desktop at $50 — or $300 with Secure IT at $250 plus the same desktop. Hosted servers, storage and backup are separate lines on the published rate card.

Los Angeles IT support — FAQ
Do you provide onsite IT support in Los Angeles?
Yes. LA County sits well inside our Southern California onsite zone, and we schedule onsite work across the county from our Newport Beach headquarters. Most day-to-day support is delivered remotely first — monitoring, patching, security, and troubleshooting happen without anyone driving anywhere.
Which parts of LA County do you cover — Long Beach, Pasadena, Burbank, Santa Clarita, the South Bay?
All of them. Long Beach and the South Bay — Torrance, El Segundo, the beach cities — are the closest stretch to our HQ; Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, downtown LA, and out to Santa Clarita are all regular territory. Wherever you are in the county, the plan and the response standard are the same.
Why would an LA business hire an IT company based in Newport Beach?
Because modern managed IT is remote-first, and we’re honest about that. Most issues are resolved remotely — often before you notice — so what matters day to day is response time, senior expertise, and published pricing. For the work that genuinely needs hands on hardware, we schedule it and our own engineers make the drive — on-site is included across the county.
How fast do you respond to LA businesses?
Our response standard is 15 minutes during business hours (6 AM–6 PM PT, Monday–Friday), for new inquiries and current clients alike, and 60 minutes nights, weekends and holidays for clients who call, text, email or use the portal. Emergencies are worked 24/7 on every plan; on Secure IT, routine requests are handled at any hour too.
Can you support a business with offices in both LA and Orange County — or remote staff all over?
Yes — multi-site and hybrid teams are a natural fit for remote-first IT. We manage distributed offices and work-from-anywhere staff under one plan, with consistent identity and endpoint protection no matter where people log in — and backup at published per-user, per-device and per-server rates.
Do you offer cloud services and cloud hosting in Los Angeles?
Yes. Your servers, file shares and line-of-business applications can run in our private cloud: hardware CRC Cloud owns, in a Southern California datacenter held to published standards, with disaster recovery from a second site we operate included, and Rapid recovery available at published rates. It is not a resold public cloud. Cloud Complete is $175 per user, per month (Core IT at $125 plus a shared hosted desktop at $50), or $300 with Secure IT (Secure IT at $250 plus the same desktop); hosted servers, storage and backup are separate lines on the published rate card.
What does managed IT cost in Los Angeles?
The same published rates as everywhere we serve: Core IT $125 per user, per month, covering each person and the computer they work on; Secure IT $250 per user, per month; Cloud Complete from $175 per user, per month ($125 Core IT + $50 shared hosted desktop), or $300 on Secure IT ($250 + $50 shared hosted desktop). One-year initial term, then month-to-month with 60 days’ notice: no fee to leave after the initial term, and never an offboarding fee.
Los Angeles County cities we serve: Los Angeles, Long Beach, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Clarita, Torrance, El Segundo, Culver City, Downey, West Covina, and the South Bay — onsite by our own engineers, remote-first everywhere.
