Support Center — Real Help from People Who Know Your Network
Six ways to reach us, one standard behind them: a 15-minute response on client tickets during business hours; after hours, 60 minutes by call, text, email or portal, and emergencies worked 24/7 for managed clients.
Pick your channel
However you reach out, it lands with an engineer — not a queue-bot. Client-exclusive channels are connected during onboarding.
Call
The fastest route for anything urgent — immediate assistance or a scheduled callback, your pick.
Call (949) 916-6444 →Text
Quick question, no time for a call? Text the same number for short inquiries or a callback request.
Text (949) 916-6444 →Clients email the helpdesk directly at the support address provided during onboarding — tracked like every ticket.
Not a client yet? Start here →Live Chat
Real-time chat with our engineers inside the collaboration platform your team already uses — client-exclusive. Chat is answered in business hours. After hours, call, text, email or use the portal.
Ask about chat access →Service Ticket
On a managed device, right-click the CRC Cloud icon in your taskbar and choose Create Ticket. Your request goes straight to the helpdesk from that machine — no portal login, no email thread.
Client Portal
Submit and track technical concerns 24/7 — client-exclusive access, provisioned at onboarding. Need it re-sent? One call does it.

The 15-minute standard
Fast response isn’t a slogan here — it’s the operating rule the whole desk is built around.
- Business hours: 6 AM–6 PM PT, Monday–Friday (except six major holidays) — a 15-minute response standard on client tickets
- After hours: call or text (949) 916-6444, email the support address, or open a ticket in the portal, and we respond within our 60-minute after-hours standard. For an emergency, call.
- Unlimited support: no per-ticket billing, no call-counting — so nobody hesitates to report the small stuff early
Our own team, not a ticket black hole
Most issues are caught and fixed remotely before you notice them. When you do need a person, you reach our own team, led by a named engineer who knows your environment — because the team is small on purpose, and it answers for its own infrastructure.
Support FAQ
How fast does CRC Cloud respond to support requests?
The published standard is measured on client tickets: 15 minutes during business hours (6 AM–6 PM PT, Monday–Friday) and 60 minutes nights, weekends and holidays when you call or text the support line, email the support address or use the portal. Emergencies are worked 24/7 on every plan. If we miss our response standard on more than 10% of your tickets, and on at least three of them, two quarters in a row, you can leave with no early-exit charge — including inside the initial term.
What’s the fastest way to open a support ticket?
On a managed device, right-click the CRC Cloud icon in your taskbar and choose Create Ticket — your request goes straight to the helpdesk from that machine, no login needed. Prefer a person? Call or text (949) 916-6444, and the client portal takes tickets 24/7.
Which support channels are for clients only?
Helpdesk email, live chat, and the client portal are provisioned during onboarding and exclusive to managed clients. Phone, text, and the contact form are open to everyone.
I’m not a client yet — can I still get help?
Honest answer: not on a one-off basis. CRC Cloud works under a service agreement — safe support requires knowing and monitoring an environment, and break-fix by a stranger rewards symptoms over causes. The fast lane in: book the free 30-minute assessment for a quick read on where you stand; if we agree to work together, a complete onboarding assessment follows — and the immediate needs, issues, and upgrades it surfaces get addressed first, before we settle into managing your stack day-to-day.
