Where We Work — Managed IT Support Across Southern California
CRC Cloud is headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, with roots in Orange County IT going back to 1983. We deliver managed IT, cybersecurity, and private cloud across four Southern California regions — and remotely to businesses anywhere in the country.
Pick your region below for the local details: which cities we cover, who we serve there, and how onsite and remote support actually work.
One team, all of Southern California
Select a region — Orange County, Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and high desert, or San Diego — or the star at Newport Beach, our headquarters.
Two onsite zones, plus remote-first everywhere
- Coastal zone — within 175 miles of Newport Beach: Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, the Inland Empire, and Ventura & Santa Barbara
- Desert zone — ~100 miles from the high desert: the Morongo Basin (Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree, Twentynine Palms), the Coachella Valley, and the Victor Valley
- Remote-first, everywhere: the model is identical for every client — remote tools resolve most issues fastest, and our own engineers go onsite anywhere in the US when discovery, hardware, or an emergency calls for it — included inside 175 miles of Newport Beach, and $145 an hour plus travel beyond it, quoted in advance

Four Southern California regions, our Newport Beach headquarters, and nationwide remote support — each page with real local detail, not the same template with the city name swapped.

Orange County coverage, city by city →Nationwide
Remote-first managed IT and security for businesses anywhere in the United States, with onsite visits from our own engineers — included inside 175 miles of Newport Beach, and billed beyond it.
Remote IT support nationwide →Presence you can verify, not a map of rented mailboxes
Plenty of providers "serve" Southern California from a landing page. Our footprint is real — and where it's deliberately quiet, that's a security decision, not a missing office.
- Newport Beach, CA — published headquarters, with Orange County roots going back to 1983 (visits by appointment)
- Irvine, CA — secure operations office; location shared with clients only
- Yucca Valley, CA — anchor of our high-desert service zone for the Morongo Basin and beyond
- Southern California datacenter — the facility operator holds SOC 2 Type II & ISO 27001 (not CRC Cloud); Tier III-standard design · 99.9% uptime · N+1 power; exact location confidential by design
Same senior team, wherever you are
The region changes; the service doesn't. Every area gets the same two plans, the same hosting option and the same people:
- Core IT — your complete IT department, $125 per user/month
- Secure IT — a 24/7 SOC with managed detection & response, $250 per user/month
- Cloud Complete — your servers on infrastructure we own, in our Southern California datacenter (from $175 per user, per month — $300 with the 24/7 SOC)
One-year initial term, then month-to-month with 60 days' notice. No exit fees. Every area reaches the same 24/7 support center. See every published rate →
FAQ
Where is CRC Cloud actually located?
CRC Cloud is headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, with roots in Orange County IT going back to 1983. We also keep a secure operations office in Irvine, CA (location shared with clients only), and serve the high desert from a second zone anchored in Yucca Valley.
Which areas do you cover onsite?
Two onsite zones. From Newport Beach we reach 175 miles at no extra charge: all of Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, the Inland Empire, and Ventura and Santa Barbara. From the high desert we reach roughly 100 miles: the Morongo Basin, Coachella Valley, and Victor Valley. Everywhere else, remote is the model — the same tools and monitoring, wherever you are — and our own engineers still travel anywhere in the US for onboarding discovery, hardware work, and true emergencies, at $145 an hour plus travel, quoted in advance.
Why region pages instead of a page for every city?
Because a page for every city usually means the same template with the name swapped — and we'd rather be useful than repetitive. Each region page covers its cities with real local detail: Orange County includes Costa Mesa, Anaheim, and Santa Ana; the Inland Empire page covers Riverside and San Bernardino plus Palm Springs, the Coachella Valley, Yucca Valley, and Joshua Tree. The one exception is Irvine, which has a dedicated page — we operate from inside the city, and it is dense enough in businesses (and IT providers) to deserve its own detail.
Do I have to be in Southern California to work with CRC Cloud?
No. Most managed IT is delivered remotely anyway, so we support clients nationwide. When a project genuinely needs hands on hardware, we schedule an onsite visit and our own engineers make the trip. On-site is included within 175 miles of Newport Beach; beyond that radius it is $145 an hour plus travel, quoted in advance.
How fast do you respond?
New inquiries get a 15-minute response during business hours. Current clients reach a 24/7/365 helpdesk with escalation to senior engineers, day or night.
Do you charge more for onsite visits outside Orange County?
Onsite support inside our two zones is part of the plan — included, with no trip charges. Only work beyond those zones carries travel, and we quote it in writing, up front, before any work starts — no surprises on the invoice.
